We've got a wonderful meeting planned for right after the Memorial Day Weekend, a time of relaxation, healing and vibration. A time of growth and expansion, readying for the heat of summer.

It is now an accepted fact that humans are electromagnetic beings. As such, the best possible modality for healing is energy. All illness results from the lowering of body frequencies below that necessary to maintain homeostasis. By raising the frequencies and aligning the various bodies, all the fields come into coherence.
Energy Medicine is a term used for holistic healing therapies that are focused on manipulating "life force" to bring about balance and wellness. Some energy-based modalities involve practitioners using hands-on techniques such as Reiki, Qi Gong, massage etc. Other therapies involve non-touch or biofeedback devices such as Rife, Ondamed or CEM-TECH.
Tonight’s discussion will define what energy healing is, how it is used in energy medicine, and the various types of energy healing modalities.

In tonight’s discussion she will explain the importance of being a “holistic” trainer and counselor and how they differ from other exercise and nutrition practitioners available today.
She will guide you through two separate demonstrations, one for each of her practices, which will bring you back to your body, and help you get centered.
